2008 was a very active monsoon summer. In spite of the rain, there was plenty of sun to provide good conditions for a small harvest in early October. We allowed the fruit to ripen this year to 26 brix. Very ripe, dense and lush in the mouth, our “Three Sisters”, planted at our home ranch high in the foothills of Arizona’s Chiricahua Mountains, reflects a fruit-forward style and a floral nose. 306 cases

Made in the Provencal style, this dry Rose’ is 65% Grenache, 34% Mouvedre and 1% Syrah. Fruit selected early for the Rose, gravity clarified and steel fermented with a yeast strain isolated from the Bandol region of southern France. Clean crisp and full of pomagranate fruit.
